I loved the hotels themed decors throughout the hotel and it's garden grounds. The hotel was a nice retreat for a busy visit to the city of Sofia. I recommend this hotel to any person/s/group/family.

We loved the design of the hotel: all different rooms & a splendid dining room. The staff were extremely helpful. considering we were there "out of season" (I think we were the only guests there). There was a certain amount of confusion as we spoke virtually no Bulgarian, & they had a similar problem with English (maybe again because it was off season?They had replied to my emails in English, so there must be someone there who speaks it). The restaurant only had a few choices, but was really nice food & a good price & the breakfast was excellent - toast, butter, cheese, salami, hard boiled egg, jam, honey, water, fruit juice & tea or coffee. They arranged a shuttle for us to & from the airport. The room was quite large, with an elegant bath
We could not get an internet connection, didn't notice the advertised sauna or shop - but again, this could all have been due to language difficulties & being out os season

I was there at new year so perhpas the service wasnt what it normally is Waited15minutes before anyone showed up at reception, and was told my booking through you didnt come in, and my room wasnt the bestThey did however give me a nicer room for the second night. The hotel is really isolated, and far from the centre
The staff made amends by trying to sort out the problem, I had to pay cash as I was told my credit card didnt work(the first time in 10 years of travel, so I will check with my bank when I get back)The owner was present and was very helpful The cafe and restaurant were closed, and there arent any places to eat neadby
